Eva Theresa Bradshaw

(1871 - 1938)

Born in London, Ontario, Bradshaw trained as a nurse but art eventually became her career and she became a leader in the arts community.She was best known for her impressionistic portraits of children and floral still life.By 1902 she was studying with Florence carlyle and later with Robert Henri in New York City.She was a member of the Western Art League and exhibited with the RCA between 1902-20.
